About this role

Provides direction and supervision to Executive Protection Specialists assigned to executive floors or areas. Conducts detailed analysis of situations and develops security action plans that provide a secure environment while allowing unimpeded corporate management. Manages financial aspects of the program and engages in executive protection analysis.

Manages access control to executive spaces, ensuring a secure environment for senior management, support staff, and client events. Handles incident management and response, plus comprehensive screening of all incoming mail and parcels. Develops action plans for transportation services and coordinates with local law enforcement and security agencies.

Works across functional teams to ensure safety and security of senior management team, key stakeholders, and external business clientele. Provides safe and efficient transportation for senior leaders with discretion and low profile. Monitors traffic patterns, risks, alternative routes, and inspects vehicles for cleanliness and readiness.

Takes on more complex projects and studies to ensure executive safety. Coordinates with top executives, family members, and strategic partners for protective operations. Occasional travel required to support Management Team events, with opportunities to build a successful career.

Requirements

  • Trained and able to perform all tasks and responsibilities of Executive Specialist I
  • Ability to conduct high degree of analysis and develop unique action plans
  • Expanded coordination with top executives, family members, and strategic partners
  • Complete 2–3 days of Protective/Evasive Driving Training
  • Complete basic first aid and AED medical training
  • Available to work 1st shift (6am-2pm) or 2nd shift (1pm-9pm), Monday–Friday with occasional weekends
