The Security Supervisor is an important position that demands hard work and coordination with other team members to perform duties effectively. This role focuses on protecting staff of TCL, physical assets of Rendeavour, Tatu City residents, tenants, and visitors. It requires close protection and escort duties for Rendeavour Executives and families.

Daily responsibilities include responding to emergency situations such as suspicious activity, criminal behaviour, and security breaches according to laid-down security plans. Supervisors also handle fire outbreaks by coordinating with external fire responders as necessary. These actions ensure swift and effective incident management.

Supervisors provide supervision and OJT to the Usalama Team while coordinating with Armed CIPU officers on security matters. They submit daily shift reports to the Security Manager for accountability. This fosters a structured team environment in high-stakes security operations.

The role offers opportunities to develop leadership through on-the-job training and coordination in dynamic security scenarios. It builds expertise in emergency response and executive protection within Tatu City. Continuous reporting enhances operational oversight and professional growth.

Requirements

  • High School Certificate, minimum qualification
  • Prior experience as an armed security officer with a minimum of 6 years in the police force or military service
  • Relevant firearm license and training
  • Clear criminal record
  • Familiarity with report writing
  • Excellent surveillance and observation skills
