About this role
At Bank of America, the Executive Protection Specialist I must be trained and perform all tasks of the role while providing direction and supervision to assigned specialists on executive floors or areas. This requires detailed analysis of situations and development of security action plans that provide a secure environment. The role manages more complex projects to ensure safety of executives and their surroundings.
This position manages access control to executive spaces, ensuring a secure environment for senior management, support staff, and client events. Core duties include incident management and response plus comprehensive screening of incoming mail and parcels. It develops action plans for transportation services and coordinates with local law enforcement for protective operations.
Provide safe and efficient transportation for senior leaders while monitoring traffic patterns, potential risks, and alternative routes to minimize delays and threats. Ensure vehicle movements prioritize safety, discretion, and low profile. Regularly inspect vehicles for cleanliness, functionality, and readiness, reporting maintenance issues promptly.
Work across functional teams to ensure safety of senior management, key stakeholders, and external clientele. Engage in expanded coordination with top executives, family members, and strategic partners. Occasional travel supports Management Team events, with required Protective/Evasive Driving, basic first aid, and AED training.

Requirements
- Trained and able to perform all tasks and responsibilities of Executive Specialist I
- Complete 2-3 days of Protective/Evasive Driving Training
- Complete basic first aid and AED medical training
- Ability to work 1st shift (6am-2pm) or 2nd shift (1pm-9pm), Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
- High degree of analysis to develop unique security action plans
- Expanded coordination with top executives, family members, and strategic partners
- Perform executive protection analysis in support of overall program
