Security Officer

Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. The complex is expanding with new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options. As a Security Officer, you will ensure the safety and security of guests and team members in this entertainment environment.

Your day involves greeting customers courteously, monitoring access by escorting visitors and inspecting bags, and verifying identifications to meet legal standards. Patrol interior and exterior premises to maintain a safe environment, intervene in disturbances or intoxication, and communicate via radio about suspicious activities. Create daily reports recording all incidents.

Work closely with team members and interact with Peacekeepers when necessary to uphold security for all individuals. Provide first aid or CPR in emergencies and conduct floor inspections for policy compliance, including physical distancing on the gaming floor. Adhere to company policies and procedures throughout shifts.
