About this role
As a Monitoring Operator at U-Haul, handle alarms and security for centers across the nation by accessing cameras. Communicate with field team members on security matters and aid in setting up security codes. Assist customers unable to leave properties due to gates or elevators.
This fully in-office position requires working Sunday-Thursday from 1:30pm-10pm, with Fridays and Saturdays off. Remain calm and efficient during security incidents while managing multiple computer programs. Take detailed notes to support operations nationwide.

Requirements
- Comfortable working with computers and handling multiple programs at once
- Able to remain calm and efficient when handling security matters
- Good communicator over the phone and in person
- Detailed note taker
- Ability to multitask during high-pressure security situations
- Familiarity with alarm systems and camera access
Responsibilities
- Handle alarms/security and access cameras for U-Haul centers across the nation
- Communicate with field team members about security related matters
- Aid field team members with getting security codes setup
- Assist customers who become unable to leave a U-Haul property (gates/elevators)
- Monitor surveillance systems for security alerts
- Log security incidents with detailed notes
- Coordinate responses to security events nationwide
