The Executive Protection Agent delivers professional, unobtrusive, low-profile security ensuring client well-being during daily activities, events, and travel. Conduct advance planning, threat assessments, and risk mitigation to preemptively identify and respond to potential threats. Remain vigilant to suspicious behavior and respond appropriately in real-time.
Work embedded onsite at client headquarters in Palo Alto, coordinating with security teams, venue management, and local authorities. Manage the client's immediate environment by screening visitors, deliveries, and vendors. Maintain discreet conduct, blending into surroundings while avoiding unnecessary escalations.
Proactively communicate risks to personnel, property, or reputation, ensuring completion of required plans and reports. Build excellent rapport with clients on needs and service issues. Join Concentric, recognized for capability and trust in risk management—'Your World Secured'.
Requirements
- 2+ years of equivalent or relevant industry experience
- Operational experience in similar physical security roles, preferably with a high-net worth client/family office
- Operational experience with residential security teams, executive protection details, and/or high-profile corporate security teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Emotional intelligence and a customer focused approach
- Successful track record operating within a high-touch, customer environment
Responsibilities
- Provide physical security to the client and their guests by remaining vigilant and identifying possible threats or suspicious behavior in real-time and responding appropriately
- Conduct advance work and planning, including thorough site surveys, coordination with security teams, venue management, and local authorities as needed
- Prepare detailed security and contingency plans as required
- Manage the client’s immediate environment by screening visitors, deliveries, and vendors at workspaces or personal residences
- Maintain discreet and professional conduct, blending into the environment and avoiding unnecessary escalation of situations
- Respond swiftly to medical emergencies, fire alarms, or other crises involving the client
- Maintain excellent rapport and open lines of communication regarding client needs, requests, service issues, and deliverables
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding identified risks to personnel, property, or reputation
