Daily duties involve conducting risk assessments to identify threats, implementing security plans for specific environments, and coordinating with local law enforcement. Travel supports operations before, during, and after special events, comprising about 40% of time. Support TSCM specialists on surveillance activities is also key.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an area of study relevant to the position or equivalent preferred with 5 years of experience
  • Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or security services preferred
  • Strong observational and analytical skills to assess threats and risks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and security personnel
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure in high-stress situations
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Law Enforcement Officer's Safety Act (LEOSA) Concealed Carry License required; legal authorization to carry a firearm required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats to the safety of executives or individuals under protection
  • Implement security plans and protocols tailored to specific needs and environments
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement and security agencies as needed to ensure comprehensive protection
  • Travel to support security operations before, during, and after designated special events and EP assignments (about 40% of time)
  • Support TSCM Specialists on surveillance and monitoring activities to prevent and detect unauthorized access or suspicious activities
  • Respond rapidly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, ensuring client safety including after hours
  • Maintain and update security equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality
  • Conduct background checks and vetting of locations, events, and individuals involved in the client's activities
