Our K9 Explosive Dog Detection Services is the largest private canine EDD service in Canada, offering global solutions for local explosive detection needs. Join as a K9 Security Specialist conducting searches and sweeps with integrity.

Maintain a high level of training and readiness for suspicious packages, unattended vehicles, and facility sweeps. Provide 24-hour housing, care, and well-being for your assigned dog. Carry out K9 EDD screening duties at various contracted locations indoors and outdoors.

Work in office buildings, arenas, stadiums, conference centres, airport facilities, vehicles, and aircraft under all conditions. Demonstrate flexibility for unpredictable, last-minute canine service requests. Handle threats and emergencies with respect and responsibility.

Conduct daily training on explosives detection and maintain records complying with Federal Regulations. Be part of a team serving major Canadian airports and commercial spaces in Ontario and Alberta. Ensure high readiness as part of Canada's leading private K9 EDD provider.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School diploma or Grade 12 education
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Valid Security licence, Ontario Driver's Licence (G or higher) with clean driving abstract, and Basic First Aid and CPR certification
  • Willing to provide Criminal Record check upon request
  • Security experience an asset
