Your role as a Protector involves threat and risk assessment by continuously evaluating potential threats and vulnerabilities to develop mitigation strategies. Conduct advance planning with reconnaissance of locations, secure travel routes, and emergency plans. Provide close protection as a physical security presence during travel and events.

Handle crisis management with rapid, decisive actions during emergencies like medical incidents or security breaches. Arrange secure transportation including defensive and evasive driving. Coordinate as liaison with law enforcement, authorities, and venue staff for seamless operations.

Perform surveillance detection and counter-surveillance to identify threats. Monitor residential protection through command center technology, screening visitors, and controlling access points. Ideal candidates bring extensive law enforcement or executive protection experience to the team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years working in a full-time certified law enforcement officer position
  • HR-218 (LEOSA) or CA CCW eligibility
  • 10+ years of experience conducting close protection/executive protection operations for high-net-worth clients
  • 10+ years of Special Operations (SOF) military experience
  • Pass physical readiness test (Pull-ups, Push-ups, Sit-ups, 800m run)
  • Able to swim
  • Drug and nicotine free
  • Pass background check and obtain state firearm and security licensing

Responsibilities

  • Continuously evaluate potential threats and vulnerabilities to develop mitigation strategies
  • Conduct reconnaissance of locations, plan secure travel routes, and prepare emergency plans
  • Provide physical security presence and immediate defense during travel and events
  • Make rapid, decisive actions during emergencies including medical incidents or security breaches
  • Arrange and provide secure transport including defensive and evasive driving
  • Coordinate with law enforcement, local authorities, and venue staff
  • Perform surveillance detection and counter-surveillance to identify and deter threats
  • Monitor property through command center technology, screen visitors and vendors, and control access points
