Every day brings variety as you monitor and operate CCTV systems for guest, colleague, and property safety. You observe, identify, and report unusual or suspicious activity promptly while maintaining accurate logs and incident reports. Support investigations by preserving footage and coordinating with the security team.

Work closely with supervisors during operations and emergencies in a collaborative security environment. Ensure monitoring adheres to hotel policies, legal requirements, and confidentiality standards. Report and follow up on system faults to maintain reliability.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in security, CCTV operations, or a related field
High school or vocational qualification
Basic knowledge of safety procedures, local laws, and emergency response
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
Good communication skills and a responsible, professional attitude
Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Responsibilities

Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and property
Observe, identify, and report any unusual or suspicious activity in a timely manner
Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and control room records
Support security investigations by preserving footage and providing clear information
Report system faults or equipment issues and follow up until resolved
Coordinate closely with the Security team and supervisors during daily operations and emergencies
Ensure all CCTV monitoring follows hotel policies, legal requirements, and confidentiality standards
