Reporting directly to Monitoring Supervisors, this role delivers quality service to clients across North America. Remotely monitor CCTV cameras to ensure safety and security of client premises. Conduct surveillance to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, or other illegal activities. Maintain accurate records of incidents using internal software programs.

Report suspicious behavior to appropriate authorities and collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed. Operate in a 24/7 environment with on-site monitored parking and employee gym access. Engage with new and evolving technologies in the security industry.

Requirements

Flexibility in availability for nights, every other weekend, and statutory holiday shifts
Availability to work 7 shifts (84 hours) in a 2-week period
Ability to work 12-hour shifts while seated at a desk
Reliable attendance in a 7-days-a-week, 365-days-a-year operation
Proficiency with computer software for logging incidents
Keen attention to detail for surveillance monitoring
Comfortable with extended periods of screen observation

Responsibilities
