The Executive Protection Security Officer maintains a safe, secure, and discreet environment for all Nemacolin guests, associates, and property assets. This role combines high-level hospitality awareness with professional protective services. The ideal candidate shows exceptional judgment and professionalism while responding to security situations and preserving the luxury guest experience.

Provide a high level of security presence resort wide, offering protective service to VIPs, resort ownership, and the executive team. Respond immediately to emergency incidents that occur resort wide. Conduct company related investigations, surveillance, and advise on courses of action for areas of concern.

Patrol buildings at all times, monitor assigned areas and principals, and maintain knowledge of current security laws and policies. Work in a luxury resort setting within Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands, contributing to extraordinary guest moments. The culture emphasizes accountability, respect, and innovation.

Requirements

  • PA Act 235 certification required
  • Military or law enforcement background required
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Complete and pass a hospitality security officer certification program within 60 days
  • Pass a physical fitness evaluation prior to starting employment
  • Able to work various shifts, including flex shift/float position
  • Possess excellent leadership skills and be able to make sound decisions
  • Able to work independently without direct supervision

Responsibilities

  • Monitor assigned areas and principals
  • Patrol the building at all times and provide high profile security presence
