About this role

You manage security operations from the control room, taking responsibility for receiving, recording, forwarding, and tracking danger, emergency, and alarm reports. You process alarms according to defined action plans while swiftly handling disruption and damage notifications. This role ensures rapid response to maintain site safety.

Daily tasks include initiating situation-appropriate measures and coordinating operations directly from the control center. You bear responsibility for quick processing of all incoming alerts and reports. These activities form the core of your routine in a dynamic security environment.

Team ability, reliability, and conscientiousness define your profile, supported by very good German and good English skills. Good PC knowledge including MS-Office is essential, with ideal technical understanding. High learning and performance readiness sets you apart in this collaborative setting.

Requirements

  • Possess at least the Sachkundeprüfung
  • Undergo Ü2 security clearance
  • Demonstrate team ability, reliability, and conscientiousness
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Good PC skills including MS-Office
  • High learning and performance readiness
  • Ideally possess technical understanding
