About this role
The Executive Protection Agent is part of a 24x7 security and intelligence team providing protective services to Executive Leadership at headquarters and elsewhere. This role assists in developing and directing policies, procedures, and programs for a safe, secure environment for executives and family members. Must qualify for HR 218 (LEOSA) and be ASO certified.
Administer personal protection details by outlining security risks and guiding on safety matters for executives and families. Coordinate security for domestic and international travel. Conduct confidential investigations and protective intelligence while liaising with law enforcement.
Maintain high trust with Executive Leadership across all protection aspects. Provide oversight for the Executive Home Security Program and coordinate intelligence via Truist SIOC. Partner with internal departments for security at corporate locations.
Ensure professional best practices in the executive protection program. Maintain expert knowledge of programs like BARR, LEOSA, and Armed Security Officer requirements. Assist with departmental budget development and compliance.
Requirements
- Must qualify for HR 218 (LEOSA)
- Must be ASO certified
- English fluency required
- High level of trust and confidence with Executive Leadership
- Expert knowledge of protective services and intelligence
- Experience coordinating with law enforcement agencies
- Familiarity with executive travel security domestically and internationally
- Knowledge of home security programs and intelligence gathering
Responsibilities
- Administer executive personal protection detail by outlining security risks and providing guidance on safety, security, and personal protection
- Coordinate effective security measures for Executive Leadership while travelling domestically and internationally
- Conduct confidential investigations, protective intelligence, and act as liaison with local and federal law enforcement agencies
- Direct oversight of the Executive Home Security Program
- Coordinate intelligence gathering through the Truist SIOC in support of protective details
- Ensure consistent application of professional best practices in the executive protection program
- Maintain expert knowledge of government agency requirements such as BARR, LEOSA, and Armed Security Officer programs
- Partner with internal departments to coordinate security at Corporate Headquarters and other locations
