Requirements

Direct EP experience in close protection with a principal and family/children
Strong background in residential security, executive protection, or emergency response
Detail-oriented and tactically aware
Capable of maintaining a secure perimeter while delivering exceptional service
Understand nuances of residential environments and adapt to dynamic family routines and estate operations
Ability to work two-week on/off schedule
Willingness to travel nationwide

Responsibilities

Monitor and secure property boundaries, gates, and entry points; vet and manage access for visitors, contractors, and deliveries
Operate and monitor residential security systems including CCTV, motion sensors, and alarm systems
Act as first responder to medical emergencies, intrusions, fire alarms, and other incidents
Ensure safe, secure, and timely transportation of client, family members, and guests
Conduct advance route planning and real-time adjustments based on traffic, weather, or security concerns
Conduct routine patrols and area sweeps to ensure all zones are secure
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, maintenance issues, and suspicious activity
Coordinate with protective details during arrivals/departures and estate management
